P. Scott Bardwell

For three generations, Bardwell Development has built residences in Baton Rouge. Our city has changed a lot over the years, but one thing remains the same... Our commitment to building a truly great community.

When building a neighborhood, everyone involved plays a key role. The developer casts the vision and facilitates the complete buildout of the community. The homeowners buy into the concept and hire professionals to build a home that suits their needs while adding value to the overall community. We believe this cooperative effort between developer and homeowner will make Audubon Square something truly special.
